Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on 999n. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using different details, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999n login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 999n will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 999n support immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you have notified us and we have confirmed that your account has been secured.
Your 999n account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to any other person.
All transactions on 999n are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your gaming balance, and the PKR amount you request to withdraw is the PKR amount sent to your payment method, subject to any applicable bonus wagering conditions.

You may only deposit and withdraw using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your verified account details, 999n reserves the right to reverse the deposit and close your account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier receive priority processing. 999n does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. If a bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal of funds may be subject to wagering requirements being met first. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
999n offers Sports Betting markets on Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, and domestic fixtures — as well as Football, Esports, and other sports. All bets are placed in PKR.
The following general Sports Betting rules apply on 999n:
Cricket betting markets on 999n — including PSL match winner, top scorer, over/under run totals, and player specials — are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, the official result stands.
The Casino and Live Casino sections of 999n offer Slots, table games, and real-dealer live games. All games are provided by third-party game studios. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of the terms applicable to that game session.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. 999n does not manipulate game outcomes. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, the session will be reconstructed from server-side logs. In the event of an irresolvable technical fault, the stake for the incomplete round will be returned to your balance.
Live Casino sessions stream real dealer games in real time. Connection quality is outside 999n's control once the stream leaves our infrastructure. If your connection drops during a live game round that has already been dealt, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the live studio system.
Playing Casino or Live Casino games while bonus funds are active may count towards wagering requirements at a rate different from Sports Betting. Specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
Fish Games on 999n are skill-influenced shooting games where player decisions affect outcomes. All Fish Game sessions are conducted in PKR. Stakes and potential returns for each Fish Game table and level are displayed within the game interface before you join a session.
Fish Game outcomes are determined by a combination of player inputs and certified RNG systems. As with Casino games, 999n does not alter or interfere with Fish Game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a Fish Game session, stakes already committed to active shots within that session will be settled based on server-side records.
Fish Game winnings are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon session conclusion. Fish Game activity contributes to your VIP progress points in the same manner as other gaming sections on 999n.
999n offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of issue, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any specific promotion rules.
The 999n VIP Programme operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP progress is calculated based on your real-money wagering activity across all sections of the platform, including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, and Fish Games. Bonus-funded wagers do not count towards VIP progress points.
VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, higher limits, and dedicated support access — are reviewed and updated periodically. The benefits applicable to each tier are those displayed on the VIP page at the time they are active. 999n reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and point calculations with reasonable notice to affected members.
VIP cashback is paid in PKR and is credited as withdrawable funds unless otherwise stated. VIP cashback is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 1x before withdrawal, as it is intended to return value to active players, not to be immediately withdrawn without play.
999n reserves the right to demote, suspend, or remove a user from any VIP tier if their account is found to be in breach of these Terms or if fraudulent activity is detected.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 999n and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance where applicable:
999n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner that presents risk to the platform or other users.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals during the suspension period. 999n will aim to complete investigations promptly and notify you of the outcome.
If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at your own request — your remaining verified balance in PKR will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable checks are completed.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting 999n support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
999n provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable, uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
To the fullest extent permitted, 999n shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law. 999n's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
999n collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
